Why I started
A difficult experience became a reason to do better.
Patriot Property Co. began with a focus on property management, but the reason behind it was personal. My family and I lived in a property managed by a company that left both us and the homeowner feeling neglected. Communication was poor, concerns went unanswered, and the people involved seemed to matter less than the process.
I saw how easily a tenant can become a unit number and an owner can become an account. That experience pushed me to earn my real estate license and take seriously the fiduciary duties every licensee promises to uphold. I wanted to create the kind of service I believed should have existed for us.
